XL Screens and Awnings - About Us

Established in 1965, XL Screens and Awnings is a family owned and operated business. Originally located at Mermaid Beach we relocated to Burleigh Heads in 2002.

With our factory and showroom located in Burleigh Heads, we can effectively service the entire Gold Coast region, and as an added benefit for our customers, substantial savings can be obtained when you purchase directly from our factory which includes a made to measure service to ensure an exact fit. Another option is that we can also supply only.

Most of our products are manufactured here on our premises, and we pride ourselves on the high standard of the products that we sell. And all our products come with  a minimum 2 year warranty. Not necessarily being the cheapest products on the market, but we only ever offer the very best quality products and service to our clients. One of our defining points of difference is that we employ our own in house installers and we don't rely on subcontractors. In doing so, we're able to provide prompt and professional attention to our customer's needs.

Included in our range of products are:

Security Doors and Security Windows including: the brands Crimsafe, Hardcore and Prowler Proof. XL Screens and Awnings has an exclusive licence in Qld to manufacture and install Crimsafe Security Products.

External Awnings including: Hunter Douglas Fabric Awnings, Automatic Awnings, System 2000, Folding Arm Awnings and Aluminium Awnings.

Internal Blinds including: Timber and Wood Look-Alike Venetian Blinds, Aluminium Venetian Blinds, Sunscreen Roller Blinds, Roman Shades, Panel Glides, Vertical Blinds, Duette Shades and Silhouette Shadings.
